2026 Sickle Cell Awareness Walk

Join us for the Inaugural Sickle Cell Awareness Walk hosted by Beyond Sickle Cell Disease Foundation, Inc. as we come together to raise awareness, support individuals and families affected by sickle cell disease, and strengthen our community through education, advocacy, and hope.

This impactful event will take place on Saturday, June 27th at 8:00am at the Douglas Barnard Amphitheater on Augusta University’s Summerville Campus, 2500 Walton Way, Augusta, Georgia 30904.

Participants of all ages are invited to walk with us as we honor warriors living with sickle cell disease, remember loved ones, and advocate for better health outcomes and increased awareness. Whether you are walking in support of a family member, friend, patient, or the community, your presence makes a difference.
