BAG TOURNAMENT RULES:
This year’s tournament will be professionally run by Big Shots Cornhole. To participate, each team must have purchased a ticket that includes tournament entry, registered in advance, and be present no later than 3:45 PM. The tournament is limited to 64 teams, with spots filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Last year’s tournament sold out quickly, so early registration is encouraged. The tournament will begin with four rounds of SwissHolio, which guarantees every team will play four games. After the first round, teams will be paired against opponents with similar win-loss records to ensure competitive and balanced matchups throughout Swiss play. Standard cornhole scoring rules apply: 3 points for a bag in the hole, 1 point for a bag on the board, with points canceling each round. Games are played to 21 points or more, with no penalty for exceeding 21.
At the conclusion of the Swiss rounds, the top 8 teams will advance to a single-elimination playoff. All undefeated teams (4–0) will automatically qualify for the playoff. The remaining playoff spots will be filled by teams finishing 3–1, ranked by fewest total points allowed during Swiss play. The four 3–1 teams that allowed the fewest points will advance to complete the Top 8.
Prizes are as follows: First place: $5,000 and earns a spot on the Bourbon & Bags trophy. Second place: $3,000. Third place: $2,500 and Fourth place: $2,500. All winnings are final: no donations back to charities will be accepted.
PLAYER ELIGIBILITY:
All tournament participants must be 21 years of age or older. For teams registered through a company sponsorship, players must be employees, owners, or immediate family members of that company. Individuals who purchase their own tournament entry may bring any partner of their choosing. This event is intended to be a fun and friendly charity tournament, and companies sponsoring teams are asked to participate in the spirit of the event and not recruit outside competitive cornhole players solely for the purpose of winning. The Roncelli Family Foundation and Big Shots Cornhole reserve the right to interpret eligibility rules and resolve any disputes regarding player eligibility.
