Carnatic Hear & Now

Anchoring their performance and personal practices in the Karnatik system, Vignesh Ishwar, Sayee Rakshith, Praveen Sparsh, and Chandrasekara Sharma intend to present possibilities through the intersections of contemporary sensibilities of language, sound, and repertoire representations. Their concert will highlight both the juxtaposition and amalgamation of the familiar timeless Karnatik sound and shifts in practice and representation.
