About this event
Life during covid has been pretty sedentary for many of us and some parts of our bodies are getting less use or being misused as result. During this presentation facilitated by Daniel Padmos, MM, PTA, of Body Tuning and Physical Therapy, we'll be covering what the body needs to counteract long periods of sitting. We'll also talk about the importance of Heart Rate based exercise when reconditioning the body after long periods of stagnation as well as the importance of lymphatic circulation. This class is small space friendly and no equipment is needed.
Presented with our friends at MusiCares.
