Beyond the intellect is the magic of an authentic and engaged performance. To move beyond the limits of the mind and into the creative zone of possibilities, presence is required. Your breath is what creates presence. Designed for the active minds of today, breathwork clears fears, blocked emotions and tension allowing for deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and the opening of the heart. When the brain has a chance to reboot, clarity, alertness, and presence result. From this space, new possibilities come forward and creativity is enhanced.

In this workshop, we will not only be speaking on the benefits of breathwork meditation and how it correlates to the performing arts, you will also have an opportunity to experience the practice yourself.  Therefore, having a quiet space to drop into the experience is recommended.  Breathwork can be done sitting down, however if you are able to lie down in a comfortable space, this is also recommended.  Learn more at elizarosekane.com.
