HRC Adventure Race Fundraiser

WHY A FUNDRAISER?

Let's celebrate the end of our 2nd successful school year together! The HRC has been blessed to be part of a supportive church, thriving private school, and amazing homeschool community, but is recognizing the need for additional space for continued growth of all our services. At least temporarily while Emmanuel does some long-term expansions, we will be relocating to Westview Alliance Church at 9804 Illinois Road, Fort Wayne. We have set a goal to raise $20,000 for initial setup of technology, staffing, and supplies for our 2025-2026 school year at this new facility through many efforts-We can do it!

COME TO COMPETE!

Choose a partner you want by your side through multiple physical and mental obstacles- a fellow student, a parent, a sibling, or outside friend- as long as one of the members of the team is a current HRC student! Instead of purchasing event shirts, we ask that you have fun matching your partner in color or costume to clearly run the race as a duo!

$30 per player includes your game entry, a raffle ticket toward a prize drawing of your choice, and a meal ticket! Each player will also be offered a game advantage pass during registration for $10 to skip a difficult station or slow down another team for strategy!

COME TO CHEER ON THE TEAMS!

$10 to attend as a spectator (age 3+) which includes a meal ticket! Invite any family & friends to enjoy the food & fellowship and bring a lawn chair to tailgate in the parking lot after the race! More than 20 obstacles will be set up around campus indoors & outdoors. We are praying for sunshine but this event will occur rain or shine! We will need many volunteers to help man the stations during the competition. 

MENU: Smoked pulled pork sandwiches, macaroni and cheese, chips, pickle spears & water available while supplies last! Gluten-free options also available upon request. Whip & Chill food truck will be on-site for additional ice cream dessert purchases!

**If you REALLY like food trucks, Kona Ice will be at Emmanuel the night before Thurs, 5/15 6-8pm and 20% of all sales will be donated directly to the HRC! Stop by BOTH nights for a treat!**

SUPPORT THE PROGRAM!

We appreciate ANY donations to support the Homeschool programming of ECS. We are currently seeking raffle prize theme baskets and experiences and will be offering chances to throw a pie in the face of ECS staff or win a free HRC class next year! If you are donating a theme basket, please mark it HRC and drop it off at ECS Door 2 by Monday, May 12. BRING CASH for raffle tickets to be sold during the event. Winners must be present to win & will be drawn before we dismiss on May 16.

If you are connected with a company owner, please help us ask for community support for donations or items to raffle. We will post signs listing any company or family sponsorship (unless they prefer to remain anonymous).
