Dominican Resistance to the U.S. Occupation of the Dominican Republic, 1916-1924

To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the end of the U.S. occupation and the departure of the remaining U.S. troops from the Dominican Republic, the CUNY Dominican Studies (CUNY DSI) will present, on September 27, 2024, a conference featuring distinguished speakers from the Dominican Republic and the United States.

The event includes two panels:
