About this event

Online. Saturday, June 19, 12:00 pm Pacific Standard Time.

A virtual gathering that recruits the power of connection, community, and embodied inquiry to support our unique way through tremendous loss

Yoga is uniquely qualified to expand the container of our physical and emotional experience of grief and thus what we can bear.

The intention of the practice is not to fix, but to create space and awareness for grief to move in and to move out. To find the pockets of love hiding behind the hurt. To nurture a harmonious sense of being full of life and full of loss. To increase our capacity to hold the full experience of being human.
