James Daly III’s newest film “The Deprivation: Apollyon’s Awakening”, which is co-produced by 2st Films and Jason Douglas, will show in a VIP Red Carpet Sneak Preview Saturday night June 25th at 2300 Arena in South Philadelphia. 

The story takes place in Philadelphia, about a young girl Olivia Swanson (Isabel Newell) who is possessed by a demon after playing with her friends in an abandoned house with a spirit board. After being possessed the murders begin. 

Father Thomas Bradley (John Bradley) tells the chilling story in details of what happened, to the police after being a primary suspect. 

Detective Daniel Droughan (Daly III) and Bobby Price (Phillip Prince) are tasked with stopping the murders and stopping the demon Apollyon (Sean Munnelly) with the help of medium Marilyn Miller (Kathy Harmer) before it’s too late. 

The movie “The Deprivation: Apollyon’s Awakening” is a horror-thriller that keeps you engaged as the story goes further. A film that has jump scares and a story around a young girl Olivia Swanson. The pace is intense and the task almost impossible. 

The film stars some popular actors such as James Daly III (Victims of Circumstance, Comic Energy), John Bradley (Comic Energy), Isabel Newell making her film debut as Olivia Swanson and Frank Genniro as Luke Kingsley.

Produced by James Daly III. And executive produced by Daly III and Jason Douglas. The film was also written by Daly and directed by him and second unit director Arturo Peregrina. 

“The Deprivation: Apollyon’s Awakening” was filmed in the Philadelphia and New Jersey areas and is billed as a classic independent horror film. 

 

 

Tickets are on sale online now exclusively through the website (thedeprivation.com). Saturday night, June 25th at 2300 Arena (Front and Swanson Streets). 

A limited number of tickets will be available at the door.

The VIP red carpet party starts at 9pm, and the film begins at 10:10pm.
