INTRODUCTION to
MEDITATION MINDFULNESS TECHNIQUES and
TIBETAN BUDDHISM.
SIX WEEK COURSE
starts THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 8TH from 6pm to 7pm and on Thursdays September 15th/29th and October 6th/13th/20th
Nothing to bring except willingness to put the meditation into practice.
We will also start reading the book 'What makes you not a Buddhist' by Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche. We recommend you purchase a copy to be able to follow the text.
It will be run by a long term practitioner Caroline Latham
£50 for the six weeks or £10 per session- concessions always available. You do not need to attend every session although it would be great if you did.
