About this event

Thank you for joining us to create a safe space to elevate ourselves through food, movement and community.

Our day will start off with a hormone friendly pilates flow lead by Alli Bradley.

We will then lead into a discussion with Dr. Stefania Incollingo to learn all about our hormones and how to maximize our health by not only what we eat, but when.

Food for the day will be provided by Carly Foglia. Menu items will include Whole30 sausage and egg breakfast sammies, coconut yogurt/chia pudding parfait bar and grain free sweet potato blondies.

Your wellness event coordinator is Amber Thompson. She will share her experiences that lead her to a more hormone friendly lifestyle approach and how each individual in the space has impacted her wellness journey.

A huge thank you to Tara Giorgio. Tara not only has her brow salon here, but her beautiful space houses many healing and creative wellness events, and we are so thankful to be one of them.

A full intinerary will be released in the new year, and we can expect to be together from 9:30 until around 12. Over a $400 value of total services has been community scaled to make hormone wellness accessible to our group.
