✨ BREATH OF RA is a community gathering designed to help you reconnect with yourself through guided breathwork, Blue Lotus tea ceremony, contact improv, sauna, cold plunge, and intentional connection.

5:00 PM — Doors Open + Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony
6:00 PM — Opening Circle & Guided Breathwork
7:30 PM — Contact Improv, Wood-Burning Sauna & Cold Plunge
