Beer and Cheese Pairing with Head CheeseMonger Brian of Whey River Creamery

Enjoy a casual evening with Cheesemonger Brian and the owners of Guadalupe Brewing Company.  Brian will include the history of the cheese and helpful guidelines to use when pairing cheese with a beer.  You will enjoy a flight of beer and a cheese sample.  Our guests will enjoy appetizers during this event.  We look forward to having a bite of cheese and beer with you. Cheeses will be available for purchase.  The event will be held in Solms Halle, designed with a cozy tavern feel and airconditioned.
