 Breath of RA – A Wellness Community Experience 

Join us every Thursday for an immersive evening dedicated to breath, movement, connection, and renewal. Breath of RA is more than an event—it’s a space where community comes together to slow down, reconnect with the body, and awaken a deeper sense of presence.

The evening begins with time to arrive, connect, and set intentions before entering a guided Holotropic Breathwork journey. Through intentional breathing, you’ll have the opportunity to release stress, cultivate clarity, and tap into your highest potential in a safe, supportive environment.

After breathwork, we transition into an open community jam where dance, contact improv, acro, music, and authentic expression naturally unfold. Whether you choose to move, observe, or simply connect with others, the space is yours to experience in your own way.

To close the night, restore your body and nervous system with our wood-burning sauna and cold plunge, leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded, and energized.
