Cathedral Bells is the dream pop / shoegaze project led by Matt Messore, now based in Los Angeles, California. Originally formed in 2018 as a bedroom recording project in Florida, Cathedral Bells has evolved into a full touring band known for its lush guitars, atmospheric synth textures, and nostalgic blend of dream pop, post-punk, and shoegaze. Over the years, the project has built a devoted following through acclaimed releases, extensive touring, and a distinct cinematic sound that balances melancholy with melody.

Now featuring Danny Deleon on drums alongside Messore, Cathedral Bells continues to expand its sound while staying rooted in the hazy, immersive style that has defined the project since its inception. From intimate bedroom recordings to national and international touring, Cathedral Bells has become a standout name within the modern dream pop and shoegaze scene.
