About this event

In honor of the 25th anniversary of Walt Disney’s Carolwood Barn at Griffith Park, a limited number of guests will gather for the first publicized, ticketed event at Uncle Robert's house. Hosted by Joanna Miller and the Carolwood Foundation, the event takes place on Friday, July 19, the official 25th anniversary of the dedication of Walt’s Barn.

Walt Disney moved into this one-room bungalow, owned by his Uncle Robert and Aunt Charlotte, in August 1923. He signed his first Hollywood contract to produce the Alice Comedies in the house.

Be among the first to officially enter the restored home where the magic began 100 years ago!
