This ticket is the basic sponsor package which includes 1 physical exhibition booth with one 6 feet skirted table with 2 chairs in Sponsor exhibit area of the conference (no backdrops or a/v equipment included). Table location assignment subject to HEDW Board discretion.  Check the 2025 HEDW Annual Conference Sponsor Prospectus for package details.  Sponsor agrees to 2025 HEDW Conference Sponsor Terms and Conditions as well as the HEDW Event Code of Conduct.  CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations received before March 1, 2025, will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations after March 1, 2025, will not be refundable.
