✨Child-Led: Kids lead the class and choose movements for us to follow!  🌪️💃

✨Playful Playlist: A high-energy, sensory-friendly mix. 🎧🎶

✨Blow Off Steam: It’s a safe space for autistic, ADHD, and high-energy loves to move on their own terms. 🏃‍♂️🔥 

✨Parents Play: Leave the "manager" hat, backpack, and ankle weights at home. Let's get silly and connect with your kids through connective movement. 🧩🤝
