New Amateur Radio equipment will be raffled immediately after the event. You do not need to be present to win. Winners will be notified by email, and equipment will be delivered to winners within 20 miles of Vienna, VA, or shipped to locations in the lower 48 states at no expense to the winners. Not planning to attend WINTERFEST? Purchase raffle tickets online for $10 each, or buy 5 tickets for $40 with the Jumbo package. A small service fee applies to on-line purchases. Location: Oakton High School, 2900 Sutton Road, Vienna Virginia, 22181

Operating Hours: Tailgating and Indoor Market Fair open at 8AM EDT ~ WINTERFEST Closes at 2PM EDT. Note: March 9th is the first day of 2025 Daylight Savings Time

General Admission, Tailgating and Raffle on-line ticket sales are available now. On-line purchases incur a small service fee.

Ham Radio License Exams: The Arlington Amateur Radio Club is providing Amateur Radio exams at WINTERFEST starting at 10am. Walk-ins are welcome. Check-in with the WINTERFEST Reception table in the Oakton HS cafeteria for directions to the exam classroom location
