Vienna Wireless Society’s 49th WINTERFEST matches Hams, Makers and Electronic Enthusiasts with Vendors on Sunday, March 9th, 2025 for a traditional Hamfest
Location: Oakton High School, 2900 Sutton Road, Vienna Virginia, 22181
Operating Hours: Tailgating and Indoor Market Fair open at 8AM EDT ~ WINTERFEST Closes at 2PM EDT. Note: March 9th is the first day of 2025 Daylight Savings Time
General Admission, no raffle: $12 on-line /$15 at door (Students 17 and under are admitted free)
Raffle Ticket $10 You do NOT need to be present to win! We will deliver or ship to the lower 48.
Jumbo Raffle Package (5 tickets for $40) You do NOT need to be present to win! We will deliver or ship to the lower 48.

Ham Radio License Exams: The Arlington Amateur Radio Club is providing Amateur Radio exams at WINTERFEST starting at 10am. Walk-ins are welcome. Check-in with the WINTERFEST Reception table in the Oakton HS cafeteria for directions to the exam classroom location

Vendors: All indoor tables have been assigned. But we strongly suggest that you contact TableSales@viennawireless.net to be put on the wait list if you want an indoor table. If tables become available, they will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis from the waitlist.
