By purchasing a ticket to Open Farm Tours I agree to the following statement: As consideration for being permitted to participate in these activities, I hereby release and discharge all farms participating in 2026 Open Farm Tours on whose land the activities occur and their employees, officers, agents, and contractors from any and all liabilities, claims, demands and causes of action that I and my assignees, heirs, and legal representatives may have, now or in the future, for injuries, virus related sickness or damage that result, in whole or in part, from the negligence or other acts or omissions of participating farms and all participating contractors arising from or in any way related to my participation in sponsored activities.

Beeline Blooms, Flip Flop Farm, Pie Ranch, Homeless Garden Project, Santa Cruz Permaculture, Swanton Berry Farm
