Beth and Cherry

A reading of an adaptation of Richard Wagner’s Tristan und Isolde set on the campus of a deranged community college. A love story between a plucky pansexual menace and her arch-nemesis professor, caught in the crosshairs of a hostage take-over and an active shooter event converging simultaneously in the hallways of an educational complex. Former enemies find intimacy in an emptied school room in the midst of terror. Also featuring a perverted janitor, some mean girls, a turtle and a raccoon.
