Yoga for Hope

Join us for a 90-minute healing experience as we come together in support of our neighbors in Kerr County who were deeply impacted by the recent floods. This donation-based yoga and sound bath session is open to all levels and designed to help us breathe, move, and give back.

What to Expect:

• 60 minutes of all-levels yoga
• 30-minute immersive sound bath
• Held indoors in The Hall with open-air garage doors (rain or shine)
• Bring your own mat & water bottle
• Suggested donation: $25.00 to be donated directly to Kerr County Flood Relief Fund.
