• Wi-Fi Access: Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available. Connect to Louis-X (no password required).
• Trash Disposal: Located on the side of the building. Please dispose of waste properly before check-out.
• Check-in & Check-out:
  • Check-in: Available 24 hours with keyless entry.
  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM. Late check-out is available for $25 per hour upon request.
• Early Arrival: If you arrive early, you may store luggage in the lobby until your suite is ready.
• Parking:
  • Free street parking is available in front of the building and along the street.
  • Additional free parking is available in a lot one block down across from Paristown Hall.
• Housekeeping: Available upon request for fresh towels, linens, and bathroom amenities.
• No Pets & No Parties: We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment for all guests.
• Security Deposit & Damage Policy: A $300 refundable deposit is required. If you break it, you pay for repairs at our cost—no overcharging.
