Access Measures:

We are attempting to make this concert event more accessible to more immunocompromised people and people with disabilities. Thank you for your patience while we continue to learn and grow in this area, as we know our efforts and outcomes may not be perfect.

On June 14th 2025, The Sound Ensemble will be performing with four songwriters at the Trinity Church in NW Seattle.

This is an indoor concert, but here are some moves we are making to try and make the air cleaner in the indoor venue, to mitigate spread of airborne germs and allergens like perfumes:

- There will be a "KN95 or N95 Masks Required" seating section, with more filters and a CO2 monitor near an open door, towards the side of the stage in an alcove near a wheelchair accessible path.
- The wheelchair access path is on the busier NW 65th Street side, to the right of the steps up to the lobby, and is about 30 feet from the street.
- The wheelchair accessible door near the alcove will be open to the outside air throughout the performances.
- We will have several HEPA air filters throughout the venue.
- Two Krypton UV lights will be cleaning the stage and alcove, which supposedly help clean/sanitize the air
- Free KN95 masks will be offered at the lobby and encouraged (but not required)
- Hand sanitizer will be offered at the lobby
- The Sound Ensemble performers will stay home if any have symptoms of illness

If you have further questions about accessibility and access needs that are not addressed here, please email musicdirector@thesoundensemble.com
