Veterans Benefit Social (VBS)

Registration Fee ($25) is Non-Refundable.

Ticket entitles participating organizations to set up a table (no larger than 6ft). Organization reps will receive 1 x Drink Ticket and 1 x Raffle Ticket.

Each organization must provide your own table and chairs.

You are encouraged to bring at least 2-3 veterans to the event.

We have limited table space, therefore: Organizations that have registered for Table Space that fail to show up and have not cancelled or notified us 24hrs in advance of the event will not be allowed Table Space at the next subsequent VBS. Notification of inability to participate allows us to offer the space to someone on the Waitlist.

This is your opportunity to be put on a Waitlist for Table Space due to all the Organization tickets having been sold. Should an organization have to cancel their attendance we will offer the space to the organization at the top of the Waitlist at that time. The Waitlist is ordered by the date of signup.

There is no guarantee that you will receive table space at this event.

When notified that space has become available you must accept the spot and pay the $25 registration fee, or it will be passed to the next organization on the list.

This ticket is for the organization that would like to be the overall sponsor of the VBS.  The overall sponsor will be recognized at the event and on all advertising. You are automatically registered for table space. Please bring at least 2-3 other veterans with you to the event.

Provides free food for all particpating organization representatives, and attendees. You are automatically registered for table space.

This ticket is for the organization that would like to be the Drink Sponsor of the VBS.  You will be recognized at the event and on all advertising. You are automatically registered for table space. Please bring at least 2-3 other veterans with you to the event.

Provides Valet Service for the Veterans Benefits Social (VBS) allowing more people to participate. You are automatically registered for table space.

This ticket is for the organization that would like to be the a Co-sponsor of the VBS.  You will be recognized at the event and on all advertising. You are automatically registered for table space. Please bring at least 2-3 other veterans with you to the event.

This ticket is for the organization that would like to be the Raffle Sponsor of the VBS.  The Raffle Sponsor will be recognized at the event and on all advertising. You are automatically registered for table space. Please bring at least 2-3 other veterans with you to the event.

This ticket is for the organization that would like to be the drink co-sponsor of the VBS.  The drink co-sponsor will be recognized at the event and on all advertising. You are automatically registered for table space. Please bring at least 2-3 other veterans with you to the event.

This ticket is for the organization that would like to be the photography co-sponsor of the VBS.  The photography co-sponsor will be recognized at the event and on all advertising. You are automatically registered for table space. Please bring at least 2-3 other veterans with you to the event.

This ticket is for the organization that would like to co-sponsor the raffles that take place during the VBS.  The raffle co-sponsor will be recognized at the event and on all advertising. You are automatically registered for table space. Please bring at least 2-3 other veterans with you to the event.
