About this event
Huron Valley, the 1970s. Four rooms. Four stories. One hotel. Neighborhood Theatre Group presents, “The Hotel Del Gado,” an anthology of short plays by A. M. Dean, Maegan Murphy, Greg Pizzino, and Aeron C. Wade. Directed by Marisa Dluge. Featuring original music by Levona.
March 7-9 and 14-16 at The Back Office Studio in downtown Ypsilanti. Fridays/Saturdays at 8pm and Sundays at 2pm. $20 General | $15 Students.
- Sister's Motel by Maegan Murphy. Three sisters struggle with their inheritance. Starring Sasha Brosius, Patrick Grimes, Danielle Kropveld, Barbara Jean Nagel-Raphoon
- Room 16 by Aeron C. Wade. Comedy on the set of a 1970s porno shoot. Starring Andrea Evans, Sasha J. Johnson, Caroline Laman, Em Roll, Sean Sabo, Drew Tallquist, Mitchell Walker, Alison Weaverdyck, Greg Woodring
- Saturday Night at The Hotel Del Gado by Greg Pizzino. A cult deprogrammer faces his greates challenge. Starring DelShawn Akpan, Patrick Grimes, Em Roll, Sean Sabo, Ben Schmidt, Alison Weaverdyck
- The Dark Room by A.M. Dean. A heroin addicted rockstar is confronted by his own emptiness. Starring Josh Stewart, Dinah Tutein, Mitchell Walker
The Hotel Del Gado is Rated R - Language and adult themes including drug use and domestic violence.
Performances take place at The Back Office Studio (13 N Washington St) a coworking space in downtown Ypsilanti. The space is ADA accessible. Parking is free after 6pm and on weekends. Here is a map of parking in downtown Ypsilanti.
