Ger returns to his old stomping ground of L'atitude 51, formerly the famed Lobby Bar , celebratring his latest and 9th full album release 'The Morning Star' with long time friends and musical comrades Edel Sullivan (fiddle/viola) and Paul Frost (double bass) Join them as they play a set including new tracks like 'Hello Gorgeous' and 'I am a wave' alongside songs from previous but still current works like 'The Lark of Mayfield', 'Heaven Paints', 'The Curra Road' and 'Beautiful'. This looks like it will be a really special and rare gig. Don't miss the chance to hear this trio in action.

'A gentle and consistent voice on the Irish folk-roots scene, singer-songwriter Ger Wolfe has a subtle way of weaving his magical music into the heart of the listener.'

Creating ‘carefully crafted vignettes of song’ to all who come to listen (Irish Times), including his well-loved ode to innocence ‘The Curra Road’ – a ‘classic of grace and simplicity which should become a folk standard’ (The Boston Globe)

Drawing from the wells of traditional and contemporary folk, Ger plays spirited and heartfelt music, all at once lyrical, melodic and poetic. Prepare to be bedazzled by his unmistakable voice and inimitable guitar playing.

Currently touring his latest and ninth CD “The Morning Star”
