New Amateur Radio equipment will be raffled immediately after the event. You do not need to be present to win. Winners will be notified by email, and equipment will be delivered to winners within 20 miles of Vienna, VA, or shipped to locations in the lower 48 states at no expense to the winners. Operating Hours: Tailgating and Indoor Market Fair open at 8AM EDT ~ WINTERFEST Closes at 2PM EDT.

General Admission, no raffle: $12 on-line /$15 at door (Students 17 and under are admitted free)

Ham Radio License Exams: The Arlington Amateur Radio Club is providing Amateur Radio exams at WINTERFEST starting at 10am in room 1821. See https://www.w4wvp.org/exam.html for additional information. Check-in with the WINTERFEST Reception table in the Oakton HS cafeteria for directions to the exam classroom location. Please pre-register before coming to the exam location at https://www.w4wvp.org/exam2.html However, walk-ins are allowed.

QSL Card Checking, and information about the 4 Area incoming QSL Bureau: For DXCC or WAS Card Checking follow the instructions found at: http://www.arrl.org/dxcc-rules or use the paper form found at: http://www.arrl.org/files/file/DXCC/Application%20forms/DXCC_Application_Form_2023_May.pdf If you plan to bring QSL cards to check, fill out the record sheet found at: http://www.arrl.org/files/file/DXCC/DXCC%20Record%20Sheet%202013a.pdf prior to arriving at WINTERFEST.

Scouts Radio Merit Badge – VWS is waiving the WINTERFEST admission fee for registered scouts seeking the Radio Merit Badge and one accompanying adult. To attend, you must pre-register for the Radio Merit Badge using the following link and complete the prerequisites noted at the link. The Radio Merit Badge session will begin at 9AM in room 1825. Space is limited to the first 25 registrants. Sign up here

ARRL Forum: To be held at 10:00 in Room 1823

Vendors: All indoor tables have been assigned. But we strongly suggest that you contact TableSales@viennawireless.net to be put on the wait list if you want an indoor table. If tables become available, they will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis from the waitlist.
