Hotel Room Block

Dear Friends & Family:

A room block has been secured at the Home2Suites by Hilton located at 625 McCullough Drive, Charlotte, NC, US.

IMPORTANT: I will be sending the rooming list over to the hotel by Friday, March 20, 2026 9am EST. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE IN FULL TO TIKIA BY FRIDAY, MARCH 20, 2026 9am EST to secure your reservation. 

COST: Room cost is $138.30 per night including tax plus fees (If you choose to book directly with the hotel, the cost is $230.50 per night including tax).

Please send payments in full directly to me either using TicketStripe, CashApp, Zelle, or PayPal. Please include your email address so your confirmation letter can be emailed to you by the hotel. You may also obtain a hotel receipt upon check out.

Reminder: The cut-off date is Friday, March 20th at 9am EST.
