Declaring Independence and Ice Cream Social

Historic Hope Lodge will hold a dramatic reading of the Declaration of Independence and an explanation of framing and philosophy of the document by “Thomas Jefferson portrayed by actor Steven Edenbo” on Sunday, August 2nd fron 12 noon until 2 PM. In addition to the public reading, there will be music provided by Philly Fife and Drum Company and wrapped up with an enjoyable ice cream social. This is a free America 250 event.
