Join us on February 11th at 8pm for an incredible wine pairing dinner with Whitecliff Vineyard & Winery. Whitecliff is an artisanal family run winery created from the ground up by owners and founders, Michael Migliore and Yancey Stanforth-Migliore. Establishing the vineyard has been an ongoing process since 1979. It involved years of trial and error to determine which varieties will produce good yields and quality wine, while withstanding the cold winters. The rigorous approach of science and engineering, along with a generous helping of pigheaded determination, has provided the knowledge and the strong base necessary to create a successful vineyard and winery. Whitecliff currently has one of the largest vineyards in the Hudson Valley, with over 20 varieties of grapes planted for their continuing effort to refine their growing and winemaking. The truest measure of wine quality at Whitecliff is the fact that they were able to bring a truly prestigious award home to the Hudson Valley from the San Francisco International Wine Competition, where their Riesling won “Best White Wine in Show”. That means they beat 1,290 wines from 27 countries and 28 states, in a blind judging by 45 respected judges. Whitecliff's wines are certified sustainable and vegan.
