Spinscott is an international performance DJ, Producer, and the original 100% Live Jungle & Drum ‘N Bass Finger Drummer. Active in the electronic music scene since the 1990s, he has performed and headlined at countless events including festivals, raves, clubs, industry showcases, and more. A master of the “Golden Era” Jungle sound, Spinscott also incorporates modern DnB, Footwork, Juke, and other genres into unique sets that combine real-time sampler routines with original & classic tracks in the mix.
Attracting global attention through his viral Live Jungle Drum Machine videos, mixes, and original releases, Spinscott has cultivated a dedicated following and is in constant demand for live appearances at events of all sizes. He has performed in almost every major city across North America and has gigged as far as UK, Europe, and beyond. In addition to playing at events, Spinscott is highly sought after by the pro music industry for special projects. He has performed
live for Pioneer DJ and AKAI Pro at multiple NAMM shows, created exclusive content for Sweetwater Music, is a premier artist/lesson creator for Melodics, and has provided product planning & strategic insights for leading makers of samplers, IEMs, and other MI gear.
On the production front, Spinscott has charted releases on multiple labels and has been solicited by many leading imprints and top producers for sample & track arrangements. His live music & production videos regularly generate over one million views across platforms, and his content has played a pioneering role in the evolution of performance DJing. Spinscott is proud to have worked alongside the late & legendary Junglist MC Baxter, his lab-pitbull mix.

With a mindset of D.I.Y. and a vision of the future, drum and bass and dubstep producers GEIN have unleashed their new record label BAD CHEMISTRY RECORDINGS on the world’s ears. With more then nine years of production credit, as well as, five years of record label management with HABIT RECORDINGS, the trio is set to stir up the bass music scene with a conceptual label that defies people’s set standards. With Bad Chemistry, GEIN is turning heads all across the board with collaborations you would come to expect and never expect, as well as, new solo material that breaks stereotypes. GEIN has support from major players in the music world such as Dj Hype who played “Ghetto Dope” feat. Mayhem on Kiss FM to the legendary Mix Master Mike who has been spotted playing their dubstep debut (“The Explicit E.P.” that was released on Reid Speed’s Play Me Records) out at clubs, as well as, Tech Itch, Evol Intent, and SPKTRM to name a few. The hype is growing daily.
With the first five releases, GEIN and Bad Chemistry brought us several quality songs from a stacked roster including Tech Itch and Jakes, The Legion, Demo and Ewun, The Chosen, SPKTRM, Cooh, Nanotek and more. This was just the beginning. Collaborations with Counterstrike, Symbl, and more, as well as, solo tracks from GEIN and several other artists to come. Not only has the group been focusing on their own label but also has been releasing with some of the biggest labels in drum and bass and dubstep over the last nine years, Moving Shadow, Evol Intent, Play Me, Tech Itch and Human to name few.
