About this event
Iggy Peck isn’t your average kid—he makes towers out of diapers, cathedrals out of apples and a chateau of chalk! Curious, clever, and full of creativity, Iggy surprises everyone with his passion for architecture. Together, we’ll read Andrea Beaty’s classic Iggy Peck, Architect and learn how creativity and unexpected materials come together to make standout structures. Then, young builders will bring their own skyscrapers to life by decorating skyscraper boxes with googly eyes, fuzzy stick limbs, and colorful designs to create their own playful city of character-filled towers!
This is an in-person children’s program that meets at the Skyscraper Museum, 39 Battery Pl. Programs are designed for children ages 3-10 years old.
You must reserve a place for your child/family by clicking the “Get Tickets” button above. Every child should be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Family programs are free! Reservation priority is given to The Skyscraper Museum members. Want to become a member? Winter programs are supported by a Community Partnership with the Battery Park City Authority.
