Join the NAACP California Hawai’i State Conference for our 2026 NAACP CA/HI Annual Day At The Capitol on Monday, April 20, 2026, at the Sheraton Grand Sacramento Hotel, 1230 J Street, Sacramento, CA from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. This signature advocacy event brings together NAACP members, youth leaders, and advocates from across California for an engaging day of civic engagement, education, and direct action.
Annual Day At The Capitol offers participants a unique opportunity to engage in the legislative process by discussing key policy priorities, meeting with California’s elected officials, and amplifying the voices of our communities at the State Capitol. This immersive experience is designed to empower attendees—especially our youth—to better understand how legislation impacts civil rights, equity, and justice.
Advance registration is required for all attendees. Space is limited. Early registration is strongly encouraged.
