Shaker Soirée: A Celebration in the Gardens

Join the Shaker Historical Society for our 3rd Annual Shaker Soirée! Inspired by SHS's first social event, a community garden party in 1948, we are thrilled to invite you to an evening filled with live music, margaritas, and mouthwatering barbecue in our beautiful gardens.

All guests will have full access to beer, wine, signature cocktails, and food from Bon Vivant Catering inspired by family backyard barbecues (with options for vegetarian and gluten free attendees) in an intimate garden setting.  This year's event will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2024 from 7:00-10:00 p.m. on museum grounds. A pre-party Visionary Reception brings a specialty cocktail, behind-the-scenes museum tour, and garden party admission. Cocktail tables and limited seating will be available throughout the evening. Garden party attire is encouraged.

The Shaker Soirée is our premier annual benefit to support our mission to collect, preserve, and interpret the history of Shaker Heights to inspire curiosity and foster engagement. Proceeds benefit Shaker Historical Society operations, programming, exhibitions, and collections.
