Hourglass

3AM Theatre presents "Hourglass"

Hourglass is an ongoing research and performance work by juggler Luther Bangert, investigating the ways in which we experience, visualize, and encounter temporality throughout life and consciousness. The show centers around a suspended and swinging hourglass - open, trailing curtains of sand onto the stage and above, around, and through the actions of the juggler. Time and how we relate to it is explored through interaction between the objects, the body, the sand, and the consistent tension of time running out.
