Housing Transitions signature fundraising event: Boots, Band & Barn is being held on October 19, 2024 at Robbins Paradise Ranch! The evening promises to be an exceptional night of fun and a fantastic way to support some of the most vulnerable populations in our community. Please join us for delicious upscale barbecue food by Brown Dog Catering, music by Adam and the Armadillos, a photo booth, a mechanical bull, AND linedancing lessons.
All funds raised at Boots, Band & Barn 2024 will go directly to programming at our shelter, the only family shelter in Centre County that serves the general population of individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Our shelter is staffed 24/7, ensuring greater rates of success finding long term housing solutions for residents. We provide all food, toiletries and supplies, allowing residents to focus on job searches, mental health needs, addiction challenges and any other barriers that may have led to housing insecurity.
