Join us for the 31st year of our puppet pageant—an outdoor spectacle consisting of larger-than-life puppetry, stilting, dance, fire, song, and music.
The 2024 Extravaganza will be held October 31, November 1, 2 and 3 in Powderhorn Park. Show begins at 7:00 PM each night.
Advanced tickets allow attendees to enter the show grounds early at 6:00 PM. This provides you a greater choice of where you would like to sit and it also helps keep the lines moving smoothly for everyone.
There will be tickets available for purchase at the gate. At the gate ticket sales begin at 6:30 PM each night. It is recommended you arrive early to be in line when at the gate sales begin.
There will be a designated seating area for masked guests. To provide an area where people can be safer and surrounded with other people committed to covid safety we are providing a masked-only section every night.
There will be a reserved seating area for people with mobility challenges. Please note that Powderhorn Park has limited seating area appropriate for chairs. The flat seating area that is suitable for chairs or mobility devices will be prioritized for elders and folks with disabilities. Most seating will be on the ground so please plan accordingly.
A performance with ASL & Audio Description will be held on Saturday, November 2nd.
In case of inclement weather the rain date is November 4. If rescheduling is necessary due to weather, you will receive an email message with updated information.
Tickets are available on a Pay-What-You-Can basis. Suggested ticket price is $20, however it is up to you to determine what you would like to contribute. Everyone is welcome and no one will be turned away for inability to pay.
When you purchase your tickets please complete the optional survey questions. Collecting this data helps us to create a better experience for our guests and aids in securing future grant funding. Your responses are anonymous and help us out a great deal.
