Trauma Informed Practice for Care Givers
How do we best support children that exhibit challenging behaviors in a compassionate way? We begin with the research on trauma and how it presents in children and families. We then explore our own reaction to challenging situations and increase our resources so that we can respond in a way that conveys dignity and respect for all involved. Please join us for a powerful workshop that will explore the impact of trauma on the lives of children and what we as caregivers can do to support them.
