Certified personal trainer Marla Altberg offers free Pilates classes every Thursday for us Guilders! You'll stretch, work that core, have fun, and feel energized & calm at the end of the class.
COST: FREE!
BYO: Mat or towel, comfortable clothes, and water. Optional: workout props like hand weights or soup cans, yoga block, ball, or balloon
