About this event
Please join the New Orleans Chapter of Jack and Jill of America as we celebrate American Freedom: Supporting Our Communities One Meal at a Time. Our children and teens will celebrate the history of African Americans contributions to tackling hunger and create opportunities for sustainable food in our communities while also collecting food donations and contributions to distribute and share with local 501(c)(3) organizations in the Greater New Orleans Community. This event is hosted in partnership with Souper Bowl of Caring and the New Orleans BioInnovation Center. It is free and open to the public but registration is required. Our teens and children are collecting non-perishable food items so please bring your non-perishable food items to our event. You can also purchase E-cards at this link and email to jjnolapresident@gmail.com to further support our efforts in addressing food insecurity in our community. You can also make a donation through the Ticketstripe link. Thank you for your commitment to supporting us in tackling hunger in our community.
