Sound Bath with Lisa

Cost: $15

Join Lisa Resch, LMT for a restful Sound Bath experience. She will ease into playing quartz crystal bowls infused in reiki energy that will leave you feeling good vibrations. Please bring a pillow and blanket, and any padding desired for a full hour in a comfortable reclining position. The studio has yoga mats and bolsters available to borrow at no charge.  Note: Singing bowls vibrate up to 528 hertz. If you have a pacemaker or have metal in your body this may not be for you. Please check with your physician.
