About this event
Discover how beer tells the story of resilience, adversity, and the fight for justice in Corvallis.
An hour of stops downtown will tell the fascinating story of brewing from its early days to the modern craft beer movement. This tour reveals how floods, prohibition, and colonial legacies shaped the brewing industry, while highlighting the impact of racism and marginalized communities on the craft.
This journey from past to pint includes about a mile of walking downtown and ends at a local beer establishment - the leading edge of local beer history.
We depart from the temperature-controlled Courtyard Marriot lobby, with plenty of protection from the sky along the way!
