Leather pouches were carried by many people in the 18th century whether it was a belt pouch or an over the shoulder pouch, leather pouches were an easy way for people to carry small items. This month kids will be making their own leather pouch that they can take home with them.
“History is Fun” is a monthly program that gives children ages 5-12 the opportunity to experience the history of the 18th century hands-on through crafts, games, and more!
