Join us for a relaxing yin yoga experience with Lauren V, accompanied by soul soothing live acoustic music performed by musician Jack Beyler. All levels are welcome. Please bring a small blanket. The studio has mats and all other props available to borrow free of charge.
Cash donations for the musician are gratefully accepted.
