About this event
We are excited to host our 11th annual Eggs & Issues conference! Join us for an update on our Top Education Issues and connect with education advocates from across the state. This year, we look forward to hosting discussions with students, policymakers, educators, and community leaders on pressing issues facing our local public schools.

🚗 Free parking is available right outside the McKimmon Center, at 1101 Gorman Street. Please park in the visitor parking spaces to avoid ticketing. If possible, please carpool with others to ensure ample parking will be available.
📚 We’re partnering with Book Harvest, a literacy nonprofit based in Durham, to host a children’s book drive at this year’s event. Please bring new and gently used children’s books for ages 0-18 to donate! The donation box will be located beside the registration table. Thanks for your support!
🎟️ Please ensure that your tickets(s) include the correct names of every individual who will be attending the event. We will be checking name tags for entry into the event, so everyone must display their name tag in order to attend. Please also ensure that you can show your ticket details at registration in case there are any registration issues.
