This festival is lovingly organized by volunteer members of The Vine Atlanta Church — a vibrant, multicultural church with people from more than 13 nations.

  Thank you for supporting the Marietta Brazilian Festival! Please review the following terms before purchasing your ticket.

  Admission

  Admission is $5 per person.
  Children under 10 years old enter for free.

  No Refunds or Transfers

  All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, transferred to another person, or used for a different date.

  Tickets are valid only for the date of the event and must be presented at the entrance. Printed or digital tickets will be accepted.

  Weather Policy

  The festival will take place rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, schedule changes, or personal circumstances.

  Animals

  Only service dogs as defined by applicable law are allowed on the premises.
  Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted.

  Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

  By purchasing a ticket, entering the event grounds, or participating in the Marietta Brazilian Festival, you acknowledge that attendance at a public event involves certain risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, weather conditions, crowd-related incidents, food or allergy-related issues, personal injury, illness, property damage, or other unexpected situations.

  You voluntarily assume all risks related to your attendance and participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless the Marietta Brazilian Festival, its organizers, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, staff, property owners, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages, injuries, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to your attendance at the event, except where prohibited by law.

  Photo & Media Release

  By attending the Marietta Brazilian Festival, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, marketing, media, and archival purposes.

  These photos, videos, and recordings may be used by the event organizers in social media, websites, advertisements, press releases, printed materials, and other publications without compensation.

  Agreement to Terms

  By purchasing a ticket or entering the event grounds, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
