*Foundational trimming method – the world-standard approach for managing split hooves

*Hoof care, management & correction – learn how to assess, trim and correct common hoof problems

*Diet management – understand how nutrition can influence hoof health and overall condition

*Hands-on training 

*Treating abscesses & ulcers – identification, management and practical treatment techniques

*Full tools & equipment training – learn what tools are required and how to use them correctly

*Frequency of trimming – understand how environment, habitat, activity and individual needs affect trimming schedules

*Pig hoof anatomy and recognising healthy versus problematic feet

*Lunch, tea, coffee and cold drinks will be provided each day (we are a vegan organisation, so it's appreciated if meat products are not brought into the sanctuary (also for biosecurity reasons).
