Dynamic, energetic and soulful, Singer-Songwriter Drew Thams captivates audiences with his unique performance style and voice. His songwriting has most recently been likened to that of Paul Simon and The Avett Brothers, but with the all out intensity of Glen Hansard and Chris Cornell. Sets are catered to the audience and environment booked, providing for a unique and intriguing performance at each show.
Thams is most well known for his work with indie rockers The Liquorsmiths, but is regularly seen performing solo sets throughout the west coast as well as sitting in with artists/friends as requested.
Thams has performed solo sets on stages including The Casbah (San Diego), House of Blues (San Diego), Hotel Utah (San Francisco), Gypsy Den (Anaheim), Glass House (Pomona), Hotel Cafe (LA), Mississippi Studios (Portland), and countless house concerts and private parties.
