Brian Sances Album Release Concert

Celebrating the release of new album, 'Rainbow,' Brian Sances (and many other talented musicians) will be performing a special concert at The Listening Room of Cape Cod on April 25 at 7PM.

Brian Sances is an award winning singer songwriter and multi instrumentalist from Cape Cod, MA. Performing solo and with bands like “Sundog Organ Trio," Brian has spread his music and message across the country and New England region, stopping more frequently and more recently at local stages like the Levitate Music and Arts Festival, Cape Cod Melody Tent, Narrows Center for the Arts, and Spire Center for Performing Arts. A dynamic and soulful singer and guitarist, Brian draws from a wide array of influences such as the Beatles, Stevie Ray Vaughan, the Grateful Dead, the Doors & Bob Marley to name a few.  “Rainbow” is Brian’s fifth full length album of original songs since 2010, and will be performed accompanied by notable local players Brad Conant (Funktapuss, Brad Conant Collective) on drums, Colin Bradley (Sundog Organ Trio) on Hammond organ, and Dan Kelly (Neighbor, the New Motif) on bass.

Vanna’s haunting vocals, keyboard solos, and profound lyricism will suck you in and caress you with its carefully crafted imagery. Tom’s guitar playing makes a statement- each solo layered with brilliant callbacks- it is tasteful, engaging, and beautifully raw. Nick drives each song with his dynamics, pocket, and precision. The ambient feeling this band portrays is somewhat nostalgic, yet unfamiliar- It’s bright and new, yet glowing with a finish of true rock and roll. They each pour their souls into every nuance of each song, and every performance, making for a show filled with emotion, powerful dynamics, and extreme talent.
